You let half of one melt on your tongue, and then for the next hour, everything sour or bitter tastes SUPER SUPER SWEET. I read an article about the berry this is derived from in the NY Times, and then I saw it on ThinkGeek, so I ordered some. It's fantastic-- highly recommended.
