Congratulations, all!

A 12-year-old winning the 18-and-under section is pretty awesome!

In this game from the All Girls Nationals, Dallas, 2009White: Zhu, Caroline
Black: Ballantyne, Rochelle

the result is a draw, but it looks like black will remain a piece ahead after a few exchanges.
How did this end in a draw? Is the score incomplete, or did someone (possibly me) miss something?
